Lucille Gross Obituary Lucille Gross was born January 12th, 1936 in Forest Home, Alabama. The sixth of seventeen children, born to Clemmon Banks and Annie Fields.She was a member of Rock West Baptist Church from childhood through early adulthood, and later she became affiliated with the Union Tabernacle Church of God in Christ.On January 23rd, 1954, she married the Elder Leonard Ray Gross in Greenville, Alabama. Into this union were born six daughters; Gwendolyn Louise Gross (Warren), Patricia Gross Ankhenaton, Wyvonnie Eusal Gross, Constance Euneice Gross (Brown), Arlivia Elaine Gross (Siggers), and Linda Laurie Gross (Johnson).She later moved to Cleveland, Ohio as her and her husband continued their work in the Church of God in Christ. During which time she came to know the Lord as her personal Savior. She was given a message by the Holy Spirit that she fervently shared with everyone she came I contact with. That message was this, "God said, be saved, be sanctified, and be filled with the spirit. And be ready, because He's coming again, soon. Mother Gross, as she was fondly known, was a devoted wife and mother. Mother Lucille Gross was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her mother and her father, Annie Bell, and Clemmon Banks, 5 brothers, Henry Lee, Henry C, Richard Lee, Clemmon Jr., and John Banks, 1 sister Rev. Ella Mae Harris (David).She leaves to mourn her 6 daughters and four son in laws, Gwendolyn Warren (Rueben), Patricia Ankhenaton, Wyvonnie Gross, Constance Brown (Dr. Randy), Arlivia E. Siggers (Pastor John), Linda Johnson (Nelson), 21 brothers and sisters, 22 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sisters and brothers, sister in laws and brother in laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives, family, and friends.I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course.
