Everline White

Everline White Obituary Everline "Aunty" White (King) began life in Junction City, Arkansas on July 24, 1930. She was the eldest daughter of Merleace Hicks and Eugene King. Everline had two sisters; Izonnie King (Jackson) also born on July 24th (1932) and one other younger sister born on July 25th, that died in infancy. Everline had one child; a daughter named Christina who also died in infancy. Everline moved to Cleveland, Ohio in her early twenties and began working as a cook and housekeeper; she later worked for the University Heights School system. Everline or "Little Bit", as she was known by her friends and family later married Robert White. This union produced no children. Later in life she worked for Chuck and Debbie Chuddakoff as a housekeeper and nanny, she had been with Debbie's family since Debbie herself was a child and was asked to help Debbie with her household and two daughters; Lindsey and Jackie whom she grew to love very much. Everline gave her life to Christ and was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. She would attend church faithfully until she began caring for ill family members. She herself took ill and became a resident of Suburban Pavilion where she subsequently passed. The fondest memories of Everline was that she was the best cook in the family. She would make her delicious "Aunty Rolls" and no one could get enough. On holidays, people would pay her to prepare orders for them. Everline always kept a spotless house and demanded close to perfection. She loved to dress well and wear tall heels, in addition to being a proud pet owner and an avid gardener. She also had a tiny waist and wide "Aunty hips". "Aunty" was a hard-working and driven woman, determined, very outspoken and id not take mess from anyone. Lastly, she loved us all dearly. Everline White's journey of life ended August 17, 2019 at 8:05 pm. She leaves to mourn her niece, Evelyn Spivey (James), great nieces and nephew; Kimberly Spivey, Janice Spivey, Ricardo Jackson and R-Riana Spivey; twelve great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and other family members and friends.
