Natalie Anderson Obituary Remembering Natalie... Natalie Johnson was born to Levi Johnson and Peggy Lee Johnson on December 2, 1968. She was the youngest of the two children born to that union. Natalie was really good in math and that served her well in later years. After graduation from Cleveland Heights High School in 1987, she attended Ohio State for accounting, and graduated from Bryant and Stratton in 1991 with an Associate of Applied Business degree. Natalie met the love of her life in 1995 in the person of Terry Anderson. They loved spending summer days at the lake... watching tv until they fell asleep...just spending time together was fun... they even were active participants (early 1990's to the early 2000's,) in the Afrodogs Bike Club. They were married in August of 2005 and siblings T and Jazzmin completed the Anderson family. Natalie was ambitious and had no problem staying employed no matter what the job - she enjoyed working! Of course, she really...really...really enjoyed shopping so those "job dollars" came in handy! Natalie worked at the Hostess Bread Store (Warrensville Heights), Noble Elementary School, with her final career stop being Supervisor of Billing at the Cleveland Division of Water. She was a pleasant employee and had many friends whereever she worked. Natalie accepted Christ at an early age. She became a member of Open Door Missionary Baptist Church where she served until she transferred her membership to United Missionary Baptist Church. At United, Natalie enjoyed serving as a dedicated usher on the Junior Usher Board and the Women's Usher Board. Natalie really loved church and in later years, she truly loved visiting her brother-in-law Rev. Duane D. Anderson, Sr.'s Church, Grace Community Church in Lorain, Ohio. Natalie had a zest for life and found pleasure in the simplest things - word search puzzles, line dancing, and there was always time for shopping! She loved her husband's cooking! One thing she truly enjoyed was attending workout class with her beloved mother-in-law, Verlaine Anderson and the delicious dinners they would have - after the workout! Natalie will also be remembered for having a keen eye for fashion and a great sense of style. And of course, there's nothing like an "on-point" hairdo to complete the look..Natalie thoroughly enjoyed hair stylings by her daughter Jazz for the finishing touches! And just when Natalie's day or her week might be going along so-so, a telephone call from T would come through to add a little bit of cheer and brighten up her day. Natalie fought her battle with cancer valiantly and with true grace, before succumbing to cancer and finding eternal rest on December 28, 2024, with the love of her life right there by her side. She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Lee Johnson. Natalie leaves to cherish her memory a devoted husband, Terry Anderson; beloved children, T, and Jazzmin; a loving father, Levi Johnson, and one brother, Lionel; a dear mother-in-law, Verlaine Anderson; father-in-law, Henry C. (Joyce) Anderson; three aunts: Shelia Battle, Yvonne Perry, Michelle Goodman; six brothers-in-law: Rev. Duane D. (Belinda) Anderson, Sr., Dale Anderson, Antuan Paci, Steve Paci, Jimmie (Angela) Smith, Jr., Mario Hart; one sister-in-law, Venetta Hart; numerous nieces and nephews: Lorenzo, Lynell, Keeada, Bri, Darius, Taylor, D.J., Brookelyn, Sydney, Savannah, Devonta, Myra, Violet, Trey, Chrissy, Stephan and Lil Mario, in addition to a host of cousins, extended family and friends whom she loved dearly. And last, but not least, Natalie's two "Granddogs," Nova Jean and Wynter will miss her too!
