Jus Outcome Obituary Kevin James Echols was born on February 9, 1964 to the union of Arthur James Echols and Irene Echols (both deceased). Kevin was the second of three children born to that union, the others being Arthur Brian Echols and Marvin Charles Echols. In 1984, Kevin graduated from South High School. One of Kevin's strong character traits that developed over time was determination. Once he set his mind to something, whether it was a task. or an adventure, he was going to see it to completion. As a teenager, Kevin started journaling his ideas regarding how the United States government should function for all persons; Kevin believed in righteousness and justice for all. These thoughts grew into a passion of his that he wished to share with others. After a brief stint at The Ohio State University and the US Marines, in 1987, Kevin decided to live in Washington, DC, to share his beliefs with members of congress and others within the US Government. He wish to engage with those who believed in those same pillars of a civilized society. While Kevin was growing up, he attended church with family. While in DC, he came to know Christ. Kevin and Mom had discussions about our Lord and Savior. While Mom was living, she connected with a Christian Minister in DC, who interacted with and kept his eye on Kevin. It was with the help of the Minister in DC and a praying mother that Kevin came to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, which gave Mom immense joy in her final years. Wherever Kevin would find himself, through the grace and mercy of The Lord Jesus Christ, someone would get to know Kevin and reach out to mom to keep her abreast of his whereabouts. In 2018, Kevin legally changed his name to "Jus H. Outcome," because he wanted everyone to know what he believed in. In 2021, Kevin contracted Covid-19, and it hospitalized him for a time. His lungs were severely affected by the virus. On November 12th, God decided to call him home and Kevin departed from this world into God's hands. While Kevin lived in DC (as well as Cleveland), the Lord certainly watched over and cared for him. Kevin's journey was his own and he wanted no assistance or sympathy. For some time, he kept at distance; but after long years away, he began to reconnect with family - no doubt in a large part to the persistence of mom's efforts to stay in contact with him. The two of them shared a special connection. Since they were inseparable in life, we will place his remains with hers where they will be inseparable in death.
