Earline Ingram Obituary Earline Ingram was born on Tuesday, August 21,1934 in Phenix City, Alabama to John and Hattie Williams. Her family moved to Cleveland, Ohio when she was 10 years old. Earline graduated from Glenville High School in 1952. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Neriah Baptist Church which later became Corinthian Baptist Church. Later in life she joined Affinity Missionary Baptist Church. Earline learned secretarial skills through Manpower including Greg Shorthand. She worked hard, becoming the secretary to the two top men at Standard Oil. She was selected and trained in computer programming and by the late 60’s she had become a Senior Programmer Analyst. She worked on the Alaskan pipeline. Earline also worked at Progressive Insurance Company as well as the position of the Treasurer of Warrensville Township before being hired by Southern Bell and moving to Atlanta to work on the AT&T Bell System split. Earline sold real estate and had rental properties in Atlanta. As a Senior Computer Analyst, Earline was always the only woman and often the only person of color in her company. Wherever she worked she was successful, exceeding expectations, and providing an inspiration to her kids through her example. Earline was an avid bowler amassing numerous trophies and even bowling a perfect 300 game. She loved league bowling with her son Bruce, big sister Fanny and nephew David. She also loved to play softball at family functions and played with her daughter, Carolyn on the Corinthian Baptist Church team. She was also a fan of the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns. She loved to teach line dancing and often brought her grandchildren Kyle and Cameryn to her classes. Kyle was also her caretaker for over two years. She loved to crochet, cook, garden, read, and most of all loved being a mother and grandmother. Earline was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hattie Williams, sisters, Barbara and Elizabeth Williams and brother Charles Williams, niece Pamela Austin and nephew David Austin. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister Fanny Austin (Jesse), John Williams (Barbara), son Bruce J. Ingram (Roma), daughters, Sharon Farrar and Carolyn K. McBee. Grandchildren Mary Jane Gomel, Kenneth Farrar (Tiara), Brent J. Ingram (Melissa), Joi Carrillo (Raymond), Joshua Ingram, Kyle W. McBee (Ciante) and Cameryn K. McBee. Great Grandchildren Deion Hodges, Tyson Hodges, Savannah K. Farrar, Miles A. Farrar, Emalyn Ingram, Layla Ramirez, Elijah Carrillo, Eleni Carrillo, Kyro Y. McBee, Kyra I. K. McBee, and a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, and a host of relatives and friends.
